Our History

Ningbo Hengyuan shaft Industry Co., Ltd. was founded in 1995. Its predecessor was Fenghua Hengshun Micro Shaft Co., Ltd., which is mainly engaged in various motor shafts. With the rapid development of the market economy, global economic integration has brought China closer to the world. While learning the world's advanced management experience and science and technology, we are also facing greater challenges. Hengyuan management team always maintains a strong sense of crisis and market awareness, continuously improves quality, standardizes management, promotes technological innovation, optimizes industrial structure, and focuses on the development of three core products: household appliance shaft, power tool shaft and automobile motor shaft. In 2007, in accordance with the new development plan, the company implemented the dual-line development strategy of large-shaft and micro-shaft, and officially changed its name to Ningbo Hengyuan shaft Industry Co., Ltd. At the same time, it invested 8 million yuan to purchase large-shaft processing equipment, focusing on the development of large-shaft machining capabilities.

In 2014, the company implemented a new development strategy, invested 40 million yuan, purchased 25 mu of land in Binhai New Area, and built a modern standard factory building and office building of 15,000 square meters. Purchase high-precision gear reduction machine, joint venture to build a hobbing processing workshop, and add 6 multi-step integrated heartless grinding machine tools. Fully supporting domestic power tools, automobiles, home appliances, three major enterprises, focusing on the creation of eccentric shaft, pinion, multi-step heartless grinding shaft processing brand.
